If something isn’t working, include your device, and screenshots if they help. Never include passwords, payment details, or sign-in codes.

To ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email contact@pipodapp.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on your account.
You can also delete your account yourself, anytime, in the app.
How to delete your accountReport a concern
If a shared episode seems harmful, illegal, or exposes someone’s private information, email contact@pipodapp.com with the link and what concerns you. We review reports and may remove content that breaks our Terms of Use.
Pipod isn’t an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services right away.
